Daphné McRae leads on central banking work at the European Climate Foundation. She is a former climate analyst at the Bank of England, where she represented the UK at the Network for Greening the Financial System and the Basel Committee's Task Force on Climate-related Financial Risks. She later led on green finance strategy at the UK Treasury, working on G7 negotiations and co-founding the Transition Plan Taskforce.
