Eva Vermeulen is a senior policy officer at De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB), where she works on sustainable finance and technological innovation from a financial supervision perspective. Alongside this work, she represents the Netherlands at the OECD working party on sustainable finance. Combining a PhD in legal theory with policy experience, she is particularly interested in how institutions can help shape sustainable and resilient societal transitions.
