Vinod Thomas is a Visiting Senior Fellow at ISEAS–Yusof Ishak Institute and was previously a Visiting Professor at the National University of Singapore. He is a Distinguished Fellow in Development Management at the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, and a member of the advisory panel on climate change at the Centre for Social and Economic Progress, New Delhi. His current work concerns risk and resilience, new directions in evaluation, climate change and sustainable development, inclusion and welfare.
